Activating Strategies: Give the students the "Design your Apartment" survey with the PRS system
Acceleration/Previewing/Vocabulary:
Elements: Line, shape, size, texture, value
Principles: Balance, repetition, contrast, harmony
Teaching Strategies and Distributed Guided Practice/Summarizing Prompts:
  1. use prs system to have students evaluate the items.
    1. save results for later.
  2. Hand out Guided Notes. Show Powerpoint on Principles and Elements.
  3. Students choose adjectives to describe objects.
    1. Check Guided notes for 5 points credit.
  4. Review results of survey using P&E of Design.
