Activating Strategies: As students enter room they see various products around the room. They are invited to look at them before class.

Hand out the lab worksheet.
Explain how products are labeled.
Explain how to complete the lab.
Divide the students into groups. 5 products. Choose 3
Go to work. 1 day to do lab
1 day to review the lab.
